Christians are anti-premarital sex and sex in between marriages and any sex other than that of a married heterosexual couple. In the strictest sense, marriage sex shouldn’t be done for pleasure. Sex is to make another Christian with. Bit like the Nazi Party then, Christians.

Christians are anti-sex? Have they been budding for the last 2000 years ...99% of sex is sinful as they see it. They seem to be breeding just fine. Did you take a survey? How much of that 99% included pigs and sheep.

And you think that's anti-sex? The NT is all about marriage, it's part of the culture. Aren't we supposed to respect other's cultures?

We are supposed to respect others' cultures, including theirs. Problem is, they don't much respect anybody else's cultures, which, if it's not their culture, is sin.

If another sins, it is not an excuse for us to sin, if you accept that sin exists. And I would argue that Christians are not required to respect other cultures, perhaps even the opposite since they are compelled to recruit.

I'm not a Christian, what did I negate specifically? The trend of the thread was that Christians hate sex, or are against sex, or whatever because they only believe in sex after marriage ... so what's wrong with that? If instead of Christians we were talking about the Hullabaloo tribe in some remote place, with the same beliefs, some people would be falling all over themselves to defend that culture. But if the culture is familiar, the same people have no respect for it.

Hence, respect for other cultures. If they want to impose it on everybody else, then they're not respecting other people's cultures, and if they're not respecting other cultures, why should other cultures respect them?

I didn't realize you were taking this seriously. The entire discussion is predicated on farcical unproven statements about Christians, that they hate sex and don't enjoy it. I'm talking about how Christians understand their culture vs someone who would attack them for being insensitive. No, I don't see a double standard.

Christians like sex as much as anyone, all kinds of sex, including gay sex, but the teaching is to not have sex, or not to release your semen, unless procreation is the objective. Sex makes a person spiritually weak accordingly to St Paul. Has all of your jizz been made available to your Lord so he can put it to work creating a new life? Or have you wasted most of it.
