Monkey! How tf are you!? I got sick on NYE and haven't worked out since. I haven't gone 2 days in a row without working out since July. Figured I deserve a week off. It sucks starting off the new year 0-4 so far.

I gave myself tendonitis (tennis elbow) so had to rest up on the weights and the squash went to shit but I went back at it on Tuesday and played really well - so pleased about that. Let's get back at it!

I read that elbow problems from weight training can come from over-exerting the shoulders. Maybe your elbow pain comes after working the shoulders. See if you feel it a day after working your arms. You’ll feel the normal pain from a workout but not the pain from tendonitis.
I don’t know the remedy but definitely don’t work your shoulders and arms at the same time.
