Yes, I don't agree that it's stronger in women. I believe that men love their pets just as much as women do, because I've witnessed it. You've witnessed a man love his pets, but usually when you see people with pets they treat like children it's women. So it's usually a female thing. No big deal, right? I mean there is nothing wrong with that. Don't be a liberal. That's not been my experience, but I'll let the men pet owners here speak for themselves since it's them you're selling short. What you're saying is tantamount to saying that men don't love pets as much as women do which could easily translate to saying they don't love their children as much as the mothers do either, because they are not nurturers.

Generally men don't love pets as much as women do. I've noticed owning little dogs and cats is a very female thing. When men do have pets it's often a big "I gotta big dick, really I do" type dog.

Frankly, people who go on and on about their dogs and treat them like they are the center of the world have OCD. It seems to be a 21st century malady.
Yeah, I've had pets and I loved them. But they were never an obsession.

Its really okay with me I don't want to come across like I'm denigrating them. I'm just saying it's more a female thing than male, and I believe it's about feeling the need to nurture something. Men usually want to look like they've got badass mean dogs.

It's not like "oh, how cute". It's more like "too weird, get a life".

As for that comment GB made, I used to have a neighbor who was a Vietnam vet. He stepped on a land mine there when he was 19 years old. As a result, he walked with a limp. He owned two poodles. No one would dare question his masculinity. Maybe it's the ones who want to act too 'macho' to love animals who have the penis issue.

Oh I disagree with Ayatollah that men only want badass dogs like pit bulls. We like dogs because they are 100% loyal and worship their owner. It's very narcissistic actually.
But I also know men who like cats as well. I don't think there's much a difference in relation to male or female.
But I do get really sick of people who treat dogs like they're human. They're not your goddamn kid!

My stepdad cried when our Golden died and he never cries
I think the bond is strong with both genders

My stepdad cried when our Golden died and he never cries I think the bond is strong with both genders I didn’t expect this thread to become so serious. After our dog Evee died I didn't want another dog because it was too painful. Our neighbor offered us her daughter's dog and I said yes because my mom kept crying over Evee

I'm not saying all men are one way and all women are another, just the tendency.

Considering how humans treat each other, I would hope not either. They deserve to be treated better. Btw, I don't think a woman dressed Pablo:

Men usually want to look like they've got badass mean dogs. I feel like you didn’t used to come across this friendless and life inexperienced. It’s awesome you married your best friend, and relatively young, but you should still have men friends. Posting online to a 60something hate monger who used to brag about being a goose stepping skinhead - and who vacillates between being upset about his lifelong struggles with addiction, OCD, low intelligence and lack of education to projecting these things on to everyone else - is not a substitute for having guy friends.

This woman has a fine straight-faced face. 😂😭😭 That’s awesome. She’s very good with the straight face. The photo of the two dogs with people clothes underneath their heads - too funny. Sorry your thread got immediately hijacked. I like the video. Something happened to your username!!
