I guess it was only a matter of time before the history board included wrestling songs.

I guess it was only a matter of time before the history board included wrestling songs. England’s contribution is characteristically homosexual:

The wrestling territories in the mid-Atlantic during the 80s was superior to the WWF in my opinion. The Four Horseman with Ric Flair, Arn & Ole Anderson and Tully Blanchard vs the faces like Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes, Rock and Roll Express. The Russians Ivan and Nikita Kolloff. A sample of the the greatness here.

WWF in the 80s was fun too, they had George the Animal Steele, Kamala and Hulk Hogan, who was hilarious. Also they had Iron Sheik.

I liked both. They were great. The best of times for professional wrestling.
Some didn't like the WWF because they didn't like Vince McMahon. I get it even though I like Vince and respect what he did as a showman and businessman. I understand why people don't like him. I'm not referring to you personally (I don't know if you like him or not).
I remember Bruno Sammartino didn't like Vince and quit his job announcing with Jesse "The Body" Ventura because he didn't like the carny atmosphere of the WWF.
Still, WWF was great in the late 80's and had some great heels (The Iron Sheik, The Million Dollar Man, etc.)
Nikolai Volkoff went back to the WWF in 1984 and teamed up with The Iron Sheik for the greatest heel tag team duo of all time imo.
Russia- #1! Iran- #1! USA- haak ptooo!

I didn't like that Vince stole all the ideas like Starrcade, Macho & Liz were a rip off Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin and Precious. But I will give him credit for making the most out of jobbers like Steve Austin. Look at the Undertakers storied career yet he was pale jobber Mean Mark in Crocket Promotions. So was Cactus Jack. Ted Turner should have finished McMahon when he had his foot on his neck. Like Bret Hart said in his documentary Turner was hell bent of putting him out of business in 97. He never would have had his wrestlers come out to intro music if it wasn't for the likes of Flair, RnR Express, The Road Warriors. I still think of Jimmy when hearing ZZ Top.
