No, I think I heard that David Prowse was already thought to be a leaker prior to filming The Empire Strikes Back, so they got him to say something different during the filming of the ‘I am Your Father’ scene so that he didn’t know what was the real story. Because he did actually say the lines whilst filming, even though James Earl Jones obviously did the voiceover. It was the case with most masked characters and even Jabba. One of Jabba’s puppeteers spoke Jabba’s dialogue during the filming.
