SQUIRREL! Wow! Now that's a beautiful squirrel. He's not like those annoying gray tree rats I have in my backyard. Do you know what species and where it lives?

Red squirrels are indigenous to the UK (greys are invasive here) but this looks like a cross between a red and a black. merh any idea where the photo was taken? EDIT: just checked the link - it's India.

Red squirrels are indigenous to the UK (greys are invasive here) but this looks like a cross between a red and a black. merh any idea where the photo was taken? EDIT: just checked the link - it's India. The only time I’ve ever seen a red squirrel was in Poland. The Reds should toughen themselves up, jump onto a migrant boat and take their country back from The Greys but until that happens I’ll have to accept the Yankees.

The reds are pretty much confined to Scotland these days, but holding their own up there.
