This is just a heads up to anybody who doesn't quote directly but wants to make another user aware of their post. You can tag others and give them a notification to get their attention by using an "@" in front of their real user name. It can also be done by using "Insert user link" (the little dude in the blue shirt with a @ in front of him) on the hot bar when you create a post. For example, Flying Monkeys will notify Flying_Monkeys of this post by putting a "!" on his navigation bar. |

We need "simple tagging" - where everybody already active in the thread is listed right above the editing buttons in the reply compose box, like I've seen on other ProBoard forums. That way you merely need to click their name from the simple tag list, rather than having to type it out w/ the "@" symbol, etc.
