He believed that the American woman who fled England after running into and killing young Harry Dunn did the right thing as UK justice wasn't any good and she wouldn't get a fair trial.

I thought he was British because of his avatar and his username. Colin is an uncommon name in the USA. He also made a few condescending comments about Australia and Australians.
