I like pho, but lately I’ve been eating a seafood and pork concoction which isn’t exactly the pho style. Rice noodles with sliced pork, pork mince, pork liver, prawns (with the tail end of the shell on them for some reason) lettuce and spring onion. Oh yeah and a quail egg. It’s really good.

I'll never eat liver again.
I used to love it as a kid, especially fried up with onions.
But considering that the liver filters out all the toxins in the body, when you consider what gets dumped into the animals combined with the chemicals they produce before being slaughtered (people forget they really do have an awareness of this, and halal meats will taste differently), I don't want to ingest all that gunk.

Tastes fine with me. Liver is supposedly healthy but you’re not supposed to eat it every day.

Buy a grill pan like you see in the first picture (their cheap) and add hot Italian Sausage, sliced onions. green and red peppers. Had this the other day and they were great.

When my girlfriend is here we share the cooking. Other than that I do a lot of my own cooking.

In the United States the extremely poverty stricken people end up having to eat the unglorified version of that because they can't afford the price of any other food. A steady diet of nothing but ramin noodles has been known to cause diabetes and heart failure. You are eating poor people's food, relegated to those who are just above the status of being homeless in the U.S. Think that one over for a few moments...

Liver with onions is very good. The more onions the better. So what you are saying is that liver is great but the less of it the better. Hmmm.....

It only costs me $11, which is less than a Big Mac meal here so yeah, it is cheap.
