I like tuna. I have tuna with scrambled egg. Also I like mackerel but I have to watch the sugar content. Some flavoured mackerel cans have high sugar and carbs.

Salmon. And I love to eat the bones. I like salmon steaks but I didn’t like canned salmon when I tried it years ago. Maybe I’d like it now. Do you eat those flavoured ones in the tin?

If you like canned tuna you would like canned salmon. The only thing is you have to debone it if you cook with it. I put it in salad for protein and the fish oil is healthy. So I just eat the bones for calcium. They're very soft.
I've never tried the flavored ones.
