DrTokyo mocks most people because he thinks he is smarter than everybody else. And he cannot understand that, what opinions seem obvious to his isolated, arrogant and narcissistic mind, are not held by others. And, because he is such a loner, he lacks the social skills to deal with disagreement in any other way than to be critical, ridiculing and insulting. When he mocks others, it is just projection. He is projecting his own lack of self-respect and self-esteem based upon his own lack of open-mindedness, and his inability to interact with others in a healthy, mutually beneficial manner. Oh. Ok.
