Go to your Edit Profile screen, Settings tab and select 'Simple' for the theme. Voila - gone!

I love being Simple! 🥰 If you get bored and need something to fiddle with (that's what she said), now that you're getting good at it (that's what she said), maybe you could gift us a Dark Theme... you know, like Batman.
