I get my fibre through cauliflower rice and the odd Mediterranean salad. Cauliflower and salad - here's the tough guy! Just eat some raw carrots, or some baked sweet potatoes. Or more exactly to the point eat some red cabbage, yes it has to be red or purple and not the green variety. You should totally dare someone to eat a small piece of raw purple cauliflower stand back and watch dark comedy quickly ensue, instant 1 minute cure for constipation.
