It's not just granulated shit in a plastic tube. That is one way to season food, but it's probably half salt and MSG, less tasty and less healthy.
A better way to give your food flavor is fresh garlic, onion, bell pepper, basil, thyme, lemon etc.
Every time I watch a cooking video and see comments claiming "There isn't any seasoning" because the commenter didn't see speckles on the meat, I know I am reading the words of an some dipshit who doesn't know anything about cooking.

That's already full of it, so adding more to your diet might not be needed. No lecture, just an easy way to lose 3 or 4 pounds it to drop salt (and processed foods).
