Rays sweep the Red Sox at the Trop and remain unbeaten, they go to Toronto tomorrow.
Twins/Yankees and Brewers/Padres look like tonight’s most interesting games.

Yankees just got butt-f-cked by the Twins in the top of first allowing 9 runs, including back-to-back-to-back HRs.

I think baseball is going to go through a huge change in the next 5-10 years. And it's not the pitch clock that will change it but the bigger base and the limits on throws to 1st. Speed, speed, speed. Beating out grounders, gap hits and steals are going through the roof. You'll see it in the upcoming draft. Players that were 3rd-5th round talent in March will be 1st-2nd round picks, players who were 10th-12th round picks will be 3rd-5th round picks. Why, because they're fast. Mr. Draft Prospect who fielding is suspect and had trouble with the slider will move up in the draft because he runs like Satan is chasing him. By 2043, baseball will look like the days on Vince Coleman and Rickey Henderson. It could even go to a deadball look, with the mantra "Get 'em on, get 'em over and get 'em in" replacing exit velocity and "chicks did the long ball". And catcher can't throws basestealers out now. Arm strength hasn't been a premium for years because few were running. And that aspect will take a lot longer to catch up
Oh the times, they are a-changin'

I think I'm going to like station to station a lot more myself. More of a thinking game, more decisions, more to talk about after the game.
Will the regular fans like it? Baseball has traditionally prospered more in power eras, the 20's, the Steroid Era. However, it could bring new fans, younger fans who will like a flashier game. And that's just what baseball needs.

Fishies up 5-0 on the D-Backs, hitting well despite not having their 2 best hitters, Jazz and Arraez, in the lineup. Nice to see the Fishies with some solid base hitting and not just scoring on dingers.
Jays up 2-0 on the Rays, looking to hand the Rays their first loss.
