Bangladesh recover from 6-26 to post 262 in response to Pakistan's 274 and then take 2 late wickets to find themselves in a terrific spot to take the series 2 nil. Litton Das the hero with 138.
Gus Atkinson picked up another 5 fer as England sealed the series with a 190 run win.

Bangladesh need 143 runs with 10 wickets in hand to win the series in Pakistan. No doddle in a low scoring game, but it's on.

Bangladesh did it! 6 wicket win to claim their third away series win in what will likely be Shakib's last test match. He scored the winning runs with a boundary.
I think it's fair to say that Bangladesh, through limited opportunities, couldn't be doing more to be taken seriously in the longest format. Still can't see them ever playing a test match against Australia or England again, which is an issue for test cricket in and of itself.

Travis Head 80 off 25. M Marsh 39 off 12. Australia chase down Scotland's 154 with 62 balls to spare. Poor old Fraser-McGurk gets a duck on debut.

Cap'n Pope with a hundred in England. Inglis with a hundred in Scotland. Not much more to report.

Sri Lanka with a real chance of denying England a 6-0 home summer. The home team collapsing for 156. Sri Lanka 1-94 at stumps requiring another 125 to win.

Well deserved win for SL! They looked threatening before also.
India beating Australia in last two Test tours Down Under only means one thing. India will be brutally beaten by Australia this time. I personally for a close series but I believe this time it will be easy win for the Aussies.

India will always be some chance of winning in Australia because they have an excellent pace attack which can take 20 wickets in Australian conditions. Not sure if their batting will stand up, which is most likely to be their problem. If Risabh's back to full fitness I think he'll be significant. Not only does he score crucial runs quickly, but he's also in the heads of the Aussie bowlers.

I listened to the BBC Radio 4 news at 2pm today and the newscaster said Sri Lanka had won by 196 runs!

I couldn’t get to the end of that article…..what absolute pontificating nonsense. Meanwhile in Greater Noida (nope me either, apparently it’s in Uttar Pradesh, India) 2 whole days of Test Cricket have been abandoned between the home side Afghanistan and New Zealand in their first ever encounter …. To say the situation is tetchy is an understatement…..considering that for the 2 days, it was sunny for the overwhelming majority of it….the ground though has resembled somewhere you might find Shrek…..
