I had a chicken tenders meal from the Publix grocery store deli, delicious meal, 3 tenders, 2 sides and bread. I had potato wedges and macaroni as my sides.

Kraft macaroni and cheese. Two boxes. Leftover shrimp, Rotel tomatoes, drained. Mix and spoon into a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and stick in 350 oven until heated through. 15-20 min. (Macaroni only needs to be boiled 4-5 min. when cooking in oven)

Stir fried veg leftover from yesterday, rewarmed, and chuck some falafels in the pan 👍

And my never ending battle with making rice continues. So inconsistent…

And my never ending battle with making rice continues. So inconsistent… Good rinse, soak for 30 minutes, rinse again... Cook... Rinse again with a kettle full of boiling water (some do this bit, some don't)... Fluff up with a fork. Works for me... Might depend what rice you use. I always use Basmati rice myself.
