My daughter took pictures of old pictures in in old albums and sent them to me after she left. They were pics of me and her as a baby. I don't know where the time went. I kind of wish I could jump back into one of those pictures and get a redo.

At age 50, can we say I am likely 2/3's through my current game? It's been okay so far. Currently my body often feels like i am constantly hiking uphill and my mind is going downhill but the spirit is staying strong. It's what gets up and at em at 8am and working away til 8pm. I have been thinking a bit about the beginning of the end a little more. I have maybe 10 more good years in computer hardware. Not that computer hardware will die out, more like my arms and shoulders won't be able to keep up. Add in my declining eyesight and it's going to turn into hot mess soup trying to work on 8-10 computers a day. I am not even sure how I am able to do it now. Well I do, I still enjoy it. That helps a lot. Still as my office neighbor said to me not too long ago, "It's been a good run". At the end of the day, isn't that the best we can hope for? A good run? :)

If a young woman smiles at me it's probably out of pity.

Thank goodness I never took to smoking.
My poor brain has enough to deal with.
