He should be, that stuff is awful. Not long ago a guy sitting a few seats down from me at my favorite steakhouse/gentleman's club requested A1 with his steak. It ruined my dining experience knowing that I was in the vicinity of such a peasant. I’ll put horseradish on prime rib, but that’s about it. Why ruin a nicely cooked steak with a cheap condiment? The only thing I find more irritating is people who insist on their steak being well-done. Classless! That is horrific. I can go with medium for a sirloin that is part of a steak and eggs breakfast. Beyond that the better the cut the more rare it needs to be. Ribeye - medium rare NY Strip - rare Filet Mignon - very rare, barely seared.
