I had a co-worker that was 1/2 NA and would go on and on about that side of his lineage and how evil colonialism was and is.

I remember the Comanche's were kicking the teeth in of all white settlers that tried to encroach on their land...until the revolver was invented... Then all subsequent encounters turned into one-sided massacres...good job, whitey. |

Then he does something that literally put me on the floor laughing. After saying that stupid bullshit. He turns around and walks back and climbs into the cab of a new 4-wheel drive GMC truck. A Sierra. Yeah, Before the White man came. You didn't have that truck. You didn't even have horses. You dumb fuck. It was funny as hell. |

A lot of people on the Left of the political spectrum don't seem to have any self awareness. The US government exterminating the Lakota. You're breaking my heart.
