That pic has been posted and published all over with the implication that it was a violation of some sort. I don't believe for one second that it wasn't implied here. Something doesn't have to be a violation to be offensive. I said it's why Democrats are going to get their ass kicked 10 times from Sunday come election day. I didn't say anything about a violation.
