Starting off with this unusual 1978 "Wuthering Heights" by Kate Bush.

If you ever get wasted, this shit is mind-bending.

The 1970's were really great for easy listening.

Wuthering Heights is great. I remember Kate Bush - everyone though she was nuts.
Check out 'Wow', 'Babooshka', 'Army Dreamers' and 'Running Up That Hill'.
Plus many others.....

Just saying.....
Edit: Was supposed to be "In the Garden of Eden" but the singer was fucked up.

No doubt about it this one is a "bad trip" listening to it, even if not drunk at the time.

The 1970's were really great for easy listening. Very true. This is one of my favorites from that era:

Another mellow tune from the 70s - great late-night listening:

The 1970's were really great for easy listening. My mom and dad used to listen to that when they'd go into the bedroom to "talk". I wouldn't be surprised if I was conceived to it. Its good to know the singer. I always thought it was Magnum PI or some other 70s/early 80s icon.

Does anyone like Bob Dylan’s 70s stuff? Like this song I dedicate to Jill.

Just be thankful your parents didn't get it on to this: No talk, just a whole lot of action to accidentally walk in on... It's not like my parents closed the bedroom door or anything.

A somewhat obscure 70's song...
Billy Preston - "Will it go Round in Circles" 1972

This one captures some of the best aspects of the 1970's.
Meant to be a romantic song, it has that unusual 1970's aspect of being unintentionally depressing such as the following song by Bread.
