Kinda disappointing that we're going to get another origin story. I wouldn't mind seeing a few movies with an older, more established Superman. Then again, there's always Superman & Lois for that I guess. Yeah enough with origin stories, we all know where he came from and who he really is. According to James Gunn, the movie actually won’t be an origin story. |

Don’t know anything about the guy as Superman, but Brosnahan is perfect casting. This won’t be another darkety-dark-dark-DC if this is how he’s seeing the characters. It’ll be more reminiscent of the hope and optimism found in the earlier iteration of the comic. All that said: I’m sick of comic book movies and can’t believe we’re still churning them out. Lois looks like the Lois in the comic books. The new Superman needs to bulk up…a lot. Henry Cavill was perfect casting. |

Superman and Lois is excellent. Supes in that is the definitive version for me since Chris I really liked the First Season but am struggling a bit with the Second Season. I have to admit to never really liking the whole Bizarro thing. With the budget cuts next year people are saying it's going to be Clark at the kitchen table telling Lois what happened. |

Superman isn't really emotive he just smiles a lot and is called Superman, Mikey. Which works in a comic book but isn't particularly interesting to watch on a screen. You are talking Snyderverse. Super has plenty of emotion. |

They should have gone with an older Superman like they did with Batman and Afleck. Then they could have cast Bruce Campbell in the role. James Gunn said he wanted to tell a story about Superman in the beginning of his career and that was the reason they let Henry Cavil go. I've seen comments he was casting Clark Kent. He wasn't worries about Supes. |
