What did Bush 1 do to lose?
He was actually too successful at foreign policy that when the USSR imploded everyone said 'ok onto the economy' and he wasn't much of a domestic policy president.
He didn't lose, he just didn't offer much else.
Also Ross Perot split the conservative vote in two and essentially he had to fight for his own base of support AND against Clinton.
Funny how most of that is essentially what happened in 2016, it was on to the economy and Democrat base
were left fighting over who to vote for when their favorite candidate was overtaken by the women's movement.
By backing Hillary, the Koch brothers and the Mercers got a two for the price of one special by simultaneously
killing the subsidized college plan and killing subsidized health care. Because Hillary was the only Democrat
candidate who could of lost to Donald Trump. Thanks a lot California for once again fucking everything up...
Speaking of California screwing everything up, we have Hollywood to thank for Donald Trump being president
and for the current conflict with North Korea. As it turns out that the Mercers and Felix Sater arranged a deal
with an extremely butthurt dictator of Kazakhstan to financially back Trump's campaign with part of 12 billion
dollars of money stolen from a bank. It should be obvious why the dictator of Kazakhstan was butthurt.
Remember the movie "Borat!", which is a fairly good reason since dictators don't find that sort of thing to be funny.
Then there is the matter of Hollywood enraging and provoking Kim Jong un.
Which that should be very obvious, with "The Interview".
And if that weren't enough, Steve Bannon, Steve Mnuchin, and Donald Trump are all Hollywood types in the Trump administration.
Sort of like how Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood type, except this time there isn't anyone like Charlton Heston to restrain
Donald Trump and Steve Mnuchin from literally kicking Hollywood's ass because there is a lot of unresolved vendettas
that those three vendetta collectors have against Hollywood. As it should be noted that the instant Ronald Reagan
became president that he wanted to settle some old scores with Hollywood but Charlton Heston advised him against
such a rash and uncouth action that would have damaged his position as president.
So the next time you think about making a comedy about some foreign land, just don't.
We are already up to our asses in conflict and war and can't afford to have any more of it
as clearly the consequences of such comedy are really not very funny at all.
