So the sex age of consent in a country is over 16 so what the fuck is the all the fuss about regarding this non scandal? As for the presenter identity... Who cares the whole premise is retarded from the start.

It's just odd that a former Chancellor has been accused of being a serial rapist, but it's barely hit any news agencies.

Although 16 is the age of consent it’s illegal to make or own images of under 18s.
I’m not sure why.

It's just odd that a former Chancellor has been accused of being a serial rapist, but it's barely hit any news agencies. Not odd at all. If news agencies got into the habit of suggesting that a former Chancellor (or indeed anybody else) might be a serial rapist based on unfounded allegations and malicious rumour, their reputation would nosedive and they would get sued. Most people like their news to be backed up by actual evidence, which anonymous poison pen e-mails aren't.

Do you realise the irony of that post being posted in this thread? No, why don't you explain it to me? In simple words, please, cuz I'm a bit slow.

That story is clogging up all the media outlets instead of stories about Osborne being accused of rape.
Both zero evidence. So you posting
"If news agencies got into the habit of suggesting that a former Chancellor (or indeed anybody else) might be a serial rapist based on unfounded allegations and malicious rumour, their reputation would nosedive and they would get sued"
......is pretty hilarious, as that is exactly what the newspaper is facing unless they provide some evidence prtty sharpish.

I absolutely understand the hesitancy of media regarding unfounded allegations and malicious rumour - but then they should have been quiet about that nonsense "confetti gate" as well. The way they handled it the event lead to a "Streisand" effect. Eegardless of whether the allegations are true or not (I won't speculate), one thing can be established without a doubt: someone is very very very angry with George Osborne. And that someone has access to the wedding guest list, so he/she probably is a member of inner circles. And I have to be clear: it seems to me a revenge of epic proportions spoiling a wedding like this. This is why it reminded me of the Count of Monte Christo. I am not comfortable with this kind of revenge - no matter how justified the ominous person sees his/her concern.

If anyone wants to give me 35k for a picture of my knob, I'm okay with it. Usually I have to pay them.

It's getting really serious now, someone else has come out and said he may have broken lockdown rules. Dunno how the Sun has the nerve to print that after their beloved Boris and their own Sun newsroom had parties that completely broke lockdown rules. I think this story is getting rather desperate.
