Is that football pundit speak for 'today'? Not really as it's relating to a specific incident that occured in a game yesterday, to just say today would lack the necessary context required to understand the point. But it is a game of two halves.

But it is a game of two halves. Ah, so "yesterday" really means "yesterday's incident". We'll get to the bottom of this in good time.

Lukaku really is a mid-table striker.

Solkjaer gets the job... then they turn to shit. Lukaku really is a mid-table striker. I actually predicted that one Wolves are a very decent side. I see Solkjaer will be made to work alongside a new Director Of Football, Woodwood showing who really runs the club. Lukaku has never really been consistent enough but Utd haven't spent their money as well as they could have over the past few years. I'd offload Pogba who's made it clear he wants to play for Zizu for 130 million or so and but a couple of other world class players with the dosh.

Hope Chelsea win tomorrow. Would be a delightful reminder of when Gerrard slipped and they fucked up against Chelsea in 2014.

Palace 1-3 Man City
I think Liverpool may have screwed this up, you know. They're now relying on Tottenham and United to help them.
