We'll see. I appreciate...on the one hand...the importance in law enforcement matters to have 'eyes on'...but only time will tell if the deployment of these machines actually serve the public as intended. On the other hand, there is no shortage of crimes recorded on existing surveillance and smart phones authorities can't or won't act upon already...so more coverage might not be the solution it is advertised to be. Better handcuffs for cops who's arrests won't get charged by progressive DAs is not improving anything.
What they really need is a Star Trek-esque stun gun that ends all confrontations relatively quickly and peacefully.
And a cast of characters that stays on-script.
