"farming pollution" but Theresa Coffey is to blame. Hey, how about blaming the farmers? She is in charge of DEFRA which makes policy for Farming, especially now that the EU regulations are gone, farming is just one of the responsible actors wit this, but who else would you blame for farming regulation? Farmers.
Farmers main crop is regulation which generates the subsidies they feed off.

It's not just regulations that matter, it's what the farmers actually do as well. Who is responsible for their actions? Not them?

Business people do not obey laws as has been proven in just about every walk of life. that's why soft touch regulation never works. DEFRA and Coffey should be implementing fixed procedure and large fines, that is the only way things will improve. As with the Water Companies though we see a Government that s happy to allow massive profiteering and any and all costs passed to customers. This Government just doesn't care, let's be honest, they have completely and utterly given up.
