Including the Trump-appointed Judges and Justices? Is your definition of "Marxist" as riddled with intentional, purposeful stupidity as your understanding of the charges against Trump? Are you referring to the conversation in which I repeatedly asked what the 'other crime' was that elevated misdemeanor business record fraud to felonies, and you had no answer? I gave it to you; you were pretending to be too stupid to understand. Provide your justification for your claim that "Marxists" (your term) are behind all the troubles Team Trump faces. Also answer: what about the Trump appointed Judges? I seriously doubt you know anything about what is and is not "Marxism." |

Everything Trump Touches Dies, including Giuliani's reputation, credibility, and sanity. I think Rudy did himself in. The desire to stay in the limelight. Anothing for 5 more minutes, even lie through his teeth about these gals. Ruin their lives? Small price for his continued fame. |

Good. What he and Trump did to those women is unforgivable. And to this day MAGA refuses to accept the facts of the matter. The lie just works so much better for their narrative. Because it was what they wanted to believe. Trump won but lost office because of corrupt democrats like these women! They still believe it. |

As you probably know, presidents make deals with the senate to appoint judges (Democrat Senate will allow some of Trump's appointees through if Trump will also appoint some judges chosen by Democrats). Telling me that a judge is a 'Trump appointee' doesn't mean he wasn't a Democrat-selected judge. |

I fully agree that Giuliani is an attention whore who craved power and social standing the way I crave Norwegian Olympic beach volleyball players. However, this bargain would have been too Faustian. This one reeks of one of those stories about a badly phrased wish that devastates the wisher. "Sure, you get to be the President's attorney and you get your name associated with the President every day. Oops, you didn't say 'but I don't want to be considered an object of ridicule, lose my law license, and get driven into bankruptcy,' now did you? Don't blame the wish-granter for your lack of forethought." |

The NY prosecutor is not prosecuting a crime outside of the jurisdiction. He is prosecuting a crime within his jurisdiction, many of the elements of which constitute a crime not within his jurisdiction. Put simply: he is not attempting to prosecute the underlying crime, but the coverup. |
