Stop getting high America! PS: Leave some weed for the rest of us There is a low grade version derived from hemp and legal in NC called CBD Delta-8. George Washington was a hemp, as well as tobacco grower. He suffered his entire life with what’s thought to be Crohn’s Disease as well esophagus reflux and recurring malaria…he had smallpox and malaria at the same time once…and he used weed in its various states to treat himself so he would not be bedridden with gut pain and the shakes.

Mate your new avatar is bloody awful!
Why do you keep changing to awful avatars? What happened to the amazing Han Solo avatars you pulled out during the first times?

LOL, funny the way things change. Where I live (not crazy far from the US Open), you’ll rarely smell a cigarette, even out doors in public, rarer still SEEING someone. A person walking down the street smoking a cigar paper blunt? Always! OG, me. When I was a kid, they smoked cigars/cigarettes/pipes in doctors offices, hospitals, subways, planes, and everywhere else. There wasn’t a ‘non smoking section’ in 1960’s-1970’s NYC. Definitely an improvement.

Not everybody likes the smell... Just the high. It has a horrid smell.
Don't go to Vegas.
Even though they banned cigarette smoking in rooms........many of the hotels reek of pot

I think your question fails to understand that most people, even if they smoke it in their leisure time, wouldn't want it when they're at work. The implication of your question is therefore highly spurious, to say the least. But it’s weed! It is a glorious smell…no matter at work, play, or while sitting on the pot (no pun intended). What I found the funniest was that none of the American players complained. Maybe they all know whenever there is an outdoor event tokers are gonna toke. It’s just how it is here.

Weed still fucks up your lungs. It isn't that much better than cigarettes. You Americans and your obsession with weed and drugs in general. You Americans think being drug addicts make you look edgy and cool but it really makes you look like idiots.

Maybe in some cases. Have you ever smoked weed in a bong? It's pretty good to relax You know what they say about drugs right? It's all about moderation I don't smoke in general. Americans are just obsessed with drugs. You know alcohol and cigarettes are drugs, too, right?

Cannabis has been used by humans as a medicinal, recreational, and spirituality inducing substance for thousands of years. It is no more dangerous than drinking wine or ale. And doesn’t dull the senses, but can enhance them and creative thinking. The ancient Chinese, India, Mesopotamians, Egyptians, etc, all have evidence of using cannabis. It probably even helped in advancing civilizational progress and helped establish religion, because it helps free the mind to think of things you’ve never thought before. I think weed is civilization’s best kept secret. Kaneh-bosm is the ancient Hebrew word for weed and is listed as an ingredient in the holy anointing oil used in the Temple to anoint their kings and high priests. It was forbidden to used by the common folks, but the recipe for the anointing oil is in the Torah and anyone with access to one who could read could memorize it. Kaneh-bosm was also mixed in and burned with the frankincense and myrrh. Jesus was a healer known for his anointing of the sick and his followers. He probably did his most insightful preaching under the power of the kaneh-bosm. I wonder if the Ancient Romans liked to smoke weed? I don’t do it that much anymore sadly. Some of the side effects bother me like I get RLS from it. It sucks. Just booze for me and the occasional cigarette.

I don't smoke in general. Americans are just obsessed with drugs. You know alcohol and cigarettes are drugs, too, right? So are Xanax, Ambien, Zoloft, Viagra, Ritalin, Adderall, dexetrine, anabolic steroids, aspirin, Percocet, Oxytocin, etc. Now, I’m not saying weed can help anyone in need of those drugs, but what’s it going hurt if weed is allowed to exist along with all those, legal, often expensive and highly addictive drugs? You can grow weed in a pot in your house. With a little work and loving attention, it’s for free. So are magic mushrooms, by the way, but that takes skill to safely find.

The Etobicoke of the Roman Empire was in the Scythian region. They also used opium. Other than pipe or bhang smoking, I don’t think joints were possible without a rolling medium like a pliable dried leaf such as tobacco. Thin tissue paper was unknown. Actually when smoked in its raw, just dried state as the Native Americans did, tobacco is mildly to highly psychoactive.
