I can't remember Melbourne looking like such an outsider at this stage of the season since, what, 1999? I mean surely Penrith win this easily. Storm have looked like shit in both games. Penrith flogged a decent Warriors team without reaching top gear. Is there any argument that can be made for Melbourne?

The only argument for Melbourne is that they’ve been here before.
But so has Penrith, and they’ve lost a GF to Melbourne before from complacency.
Penrith wins comfortably, and then the real challenge happens next weekend.

Melbourne hit in hard for the first 25 minutes or so, but one way traffic from there. Panthers win 38-4 and look the best shout for a 3peat since Parra in 83.

This is probably the first time in my life since may be I was 7 years old that I am unaware of a India's game against a top side. |

A lot of usually fast scorers playing pedestrian innings. Green 31 off 52, Smith 41 off 60. Warner got a run a ball 50. Cummins got 21 off 9. |

Like he Pies in the AFL - Penrith got exactly what they wanted with the SF. Easy win, the week off layed them up nicely and no injuries.
Brisbane or Warriors will have to be at 95% or better to beat this side next week….
