They did a close up on Daniel Jones face pre snap and he looked scared. Maybe that's just how he looks, but maybe he's actually scared.š¬

Niners up 17-6 at halftime against the Giants. Niners defense has been dominant as expected and the Giants clearly miss Barkley and donāt have much of a rushing attack. Purdy was shaky at the start but has settled in more and McCaffrey is having another good game.

Niners up 23-12 now, interesting game, both defenses have been solid but the Niners just have more offensive talent, Purdy has settled in and is playing well. I donāt think the Giants can make a comeback against this strong defense.

Purdy to Deebo for the TD and that will seal it up for the Niners. Purdy settled in and played an excellent second half, and they use their offensive weapons well. The Giants have been one dimensional without Barkley and Jones just isnāt good enough to carry them against a good defense like the Niners have. Giants are fortunate they havenāt been blown out by more.

Niners win it 30-12. Dominant win for the Niners - their defense was great, Purdy played a very good game after a shaky first couple of drives, they got all of their weapons involved nicely and it seems like they couldāve won by more. The Giants couldnāt move the ball at all and Jones just canāt carry them against strong defenses IMO, the Giants defense eventually couldnāt stop the Niners and the game got out of hand.

I'll admit I've been away from football. Seeing the Texans just be atrious for years is insane. I know you keep up. What's going on with the Bengals? They were predicted to be a top tier, elite team. What's happening? I think Burrow may not be healthy. Heās been very subpar so far, and I suspect he hasnāt recovered fully from his injury. The Bengals offense has just been very disappointing in the first 2 games. Then again, they started 0-2 last year and Burrow struggled early, and they wound up winning the division and going to the AFC Title Game, so I wouldnāt count them out by any means. I look forward to seeing how they look Monday night against the Rams in a rematch of Super Bowl 56. |

Mike Florio's got some funny concerns over Brock Purdy which he floated with Peter King this week on 'NBC Pro Football Talk'. Reminded me of when you called out Marcus Mariota as "Marcus Shitiota" who "shits the bed" (think I got that right).

He looked washed up last year with my Falcons. Desmond Ridder is an improvement over him, Ridder is still inexperienced and improving but he is a better QB than what Mariota is. Mariota was a bust. |
