That pic does look a little strange. Something with her face.

The right side of her face looks a little wonky, as does her left arm. That's not a knock on her looks at all, just that the pic looks strange. Regardless, if her bust is actually that big, her trapezius muscles are hurtin' for certain. And the straps of her bra are digging ravines into her shoulders, underwire or no.

My goddaughter had a bust that size. My bestie let her have a reduction even though she was only 17 at the time. She got a lot of flack for it from some people in her circle, but it was affecting goddaughter's posture and her confidence. She feels 100% better now, physically and mentally
