I bring this up because it reminds me of people who use the police song at weddings, what other songs ultimately are listened ironically in a wrong fashion by many people?.

I guess The Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden. It doesn't really glorify Satanism as many people had supposed. Also, Suicide Solution by Ozzy wasn't a song advocating suicide, but was about alcoholism.

"Cherish" by the Association is another one of those songs popular for weddings in the 1960s, possibly because of its opening bells and "pum-pum" vocalizing that suggested wedding bells. Maybe people only heard that and ignored the lyrics, which are about a guy who loses out because he never gets around to expressing his feelings for the woman he desires.
