Thanks to you all for making this fun and making it happen. The next Movie Night is XXIV on February 3 2024. Thanks to this month's host jimmywynn for running the voting and for an excellent lineup of movies with his Blockbusters theme. During peak time we had close to 20 attendees in the room and it's a great virtual get-together with a fun group. And thanks to previous guest hosts, Foxy , bartlesby , Vassaggo for their excellent work. Thanks to hugsfromlv426 who launched Movie Night now over 2 years ago on Nov 6 2021 as the main host running the voting month after month, thanks to my tech friend bartlesby who also admins the room and is a movie buff, thanks to Flying Monkeys who has pinned countless Movie Night threads since its debut on this board on May 6, 2023, and thanks to all of you on the board and all of you who vote and attend which is the reason these Movie Nights exist in the first place. Every Movie Night is on the first Saturday of each month, same bat time, same bat channel, 7pm Eastern, 4pm Pacific, always at movienight.site, no signup at all, just click the link, enter your display name, and you're in. |

It takes a hell of a lot more work finding hosts, tweaking options and commands, finding and uploading the films, and everything else you do. Really, you’re the MVP. 👏🏻 👏🏻 Funny tidbit, I was watching ANH on my tv through Disney+ and at the end the recommendation to watch TESB popped up, and I forgot I wasn’t watching it through the host and was wondering why you hadn’t closed that and just show the credits. Took me about 2 minutes to figure that out. 😂 |
