She has a February 15 hearing ordered by the judge in the RICO case to address the black letter law violations of prosecutorial standards of conduct, and in her boyfriend’s divorce case - on Friday - Willis asserted that deposing her (as his lover who she factually is) would obstruct justice IN THE RICO CASE. 🤣 She’s done.

money including cruises, trips to Napa Valley to be the Special Prosecutor trying Trump RICO case in spite of him being an unqualified private practice defense attorney and in spite of the cadre of qualified prosecutors in the Fulton County DA’s office with “ample experience prosecuting RICO cases”. 😂😭 Nathan Wade is her boyfriend/the unqualified special prosecutor/defense attorney who entered into contract with Fani Willis representing Fulton County ONE DAY after his DIVORCE was finalized in neighboring Cobb County. 🤣 Please tell me you’re not this gullible…. Yeah. You don’t get accused of being prescient very often, do you?

How quickly the Trumpers moved on from this. Yes...because its not really an issue per the latest developments. www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/checkmate-internet-abuzz-as-trump-secures-major-victory-in-fani-willis-case-potentially-delaying-trial-past-november-election/ar-BB1kgJjV "ATLANTA, GEORGIA: In a consequential development in the ongoing legal saga surrounding former President Donald Trump's involvement in the Georgia election fraud case, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee granted Trump the right to appeal his previous ruling on Wednesday, March 20. The decision comes amidst mounting tensions and controversies surrounding the case, particularly involving District Attorney Fani Willis and lead prosecutor Nathan Wade. The crux of the matter lies in the alleged affair between Willis and Wade, which raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest and impartiality in prosecuting Trump and seven other co-defendants. McAfee's ruling last Friday allowed Willis to continue prosecuting the case despite the affair, prompting Trump's legal team to seek immediate review by Georgia's Court of Appeals. Unprecedented right to appeal. Typically, defendants do not have an automatic right to appeal before the commencement of a trial. However, McAfee's decision to grant Trump and his co-defendants the rare measure of appeal underscores the gravity of the case. Moreover, the appeal effectively delays the scheduling of a trial, making it increasingly unlikely to take place before the crucial November elections." So with the trials all being delayed beyond the election, the only thing left they really have is the NY civil case. And if they try to seize his properties, that would likely only make more of the public side with him. It will unfortunately have to come down to the election.
