Tara Reade, after more than three years of intimidation, harassment, and persecution by both individuals and institutions in the United States due to her allegations against Joe Biden, has been granted asylum in the Russian Federation

All Trump has to do is not talk about her. That's it (and I don't buy her re-telling of the Law & Order episode in the least). This defamation shit is a self-created problem. Since when has denying an allegation ever been considered defamation?

Since when has denying an allegation ever been considered defamation? Since he was found guilty of it in civil court and guilty of the defamation its self. At this point he's just hurting himself by continuing to re-visit it.

At this point he's just hurting himself by continuing to re-visit it. That's not correct. He was not found 'guilty', which would require proof beyond a reasonable doubt. He was found 'liable', which is only 51% certainty. No one is required to accept this lower standard of proof as carrying the same weight as a guilty verdict. It was his initial denial that triggered the first defamation suit, which was made prior to any litigation/verdict. This sets a dangerous precedent that no one is allowed to deny a publicly-made allegation.

It was the civil suit where he was found "liable" and defamation where he was found "guilty." All he has to do is STFU about this woman and he'll stop owing her money. What he's doing is the equivalent of punching himself in the face.

People, I don't doubt. Just as Carroll experienced. Russia. Huh. It always seems to go back to Russia.
