I knew a Christian Arab (Syrian) who really, really was not a fan of Ramadan. I don't blame him.
I enjoy the dinners at the end of Eid and the craic, but that bit when you get up to leave and scores of kids appear and put their hands out and it can cost anything between £50 and £100 to get to the front door is a tad pricey

Hahaha. Those idiot Muslims don't really fast during Ramadan. They don't eat from dawn to dusk. But they have an enormous breakfast every morning of Ramadan before dawn. Dude, that's not fasting. I do health fasts and go three days drinking only water. Ramadan fasting is a joke.

The other bit in that video featuring the wobble vision CGI character and tons of library footage was about the message that briefly popped up on the message boards in Kings Cross station. It was quickly taken down and investigations carried out. It must have been annoying but not half as annoying as the African Christian preachers that occasionally pop up on the trains and are so fucking rude it causes me to hate the African Christians hiding behind that video. |

Yeah, Ramadan is apparently nothing like we're led to believe. So you don't eat from dusk to dawn? You can still have a huge breakfast and a big dinner. So essentially fasting on Ramadan is just like skipping lunch.
I'm not one of these weird Jewish Islamophobes like the OP either. It's just Ramadan is not that austere.
