Remember in the old days when Obama was called a cult leader for having supporters that were maybe 25% as enthusiastic as Trump's?

You really hate comparisons with Biden. LOL. You didn’t need to view the video. The description of what happened was sufficiently accurate. You really hate the truth about Trump; that's why you retreat to whataboutism. The truth here is there was a large crowd of enthusiastic fans greeting Trump. And complete indifference to the arrival of Biden. You can’t handle the truth.

MAGA isn't patriotism. Patriotism is devotion to one's country. MAGA is devotion to one guy.
Can you really not see that? You are completely wrong. MAGAs love Trump because he is the only ticket to making America great again. If he were to suddenly reverse his position on key issues, you think MAGAs would still support him? Of course not. So, are you stating that DJT is essentially the political equivalent of a Vegas psychic, who did a great "cold read" on his crowd and now tells them what they want to hear?

No. MAGAs love Trump because their views align.

Scranton is bigger than NYC, one of the biggest cities in the world, so, yes, it's a surprise that there weren't millions of people there given the day and time. You must've been one of the people who thought Trump won in 2020 because of rally sizes.

In fact, his popularity apart from on paper cannot be proven to exist. Online, every actual American that cast a vote in his favor probably has 2 dozen or more social media accounts...and that's pretty much Biden's base.

Everyone loves Donald Trump! He has absolutely reached the legendary status. Notorious. Big difference.

That senile SOB knew he was going to be the nominee even before the primary. He said himself he didn't need votes.

And some of Biden's win was attributable to Trump not just being unpopular, but loathed. Exactly. Real people aren't in the ballot boxes...pieces of paper are and they come from all kinds of secret places. The media and deep state loathed Trump. Pampered children loathed Trump. People who hate America loathed Trump. This time, I think the people have already decided who they want out of the Presidency. The number of pieces of paper counted is not likely going to dissuade them again.

It’s a larger crowd than anything Biden could muster … which is the point that keeps flying over your head. … and Biden’s inability to generate any enthusiasm whatsoever certainly does add to suspicion about dodgy election results.

That senile SOB knew he was going to be the nominee even before the primary. He said himself he didn't need votes. 7 million votes in what is deemed the safest election on the books. To what can your delusion be attributed?

LOL, you're pure MAGA, aren't you? Crowds do not equate to votes. It's your thinking that's dodgy, your putting trust in a man who's been known to be a consummate liar his entire life. Yes, "large" is a relevant term; I pointed out why "large" to describe the puny crowd in NY is funny. You played whataboutism because you apparently felt threatened, hearing the word "puny" used with Trump. Size sure matters to you MAGA people, but Trump is a man with little hands. All those lies are part of his overcompensation.

Enthusiasm for a candidate is an indicator of (legitimate) votes. Always has been. That’s why pundits freak when there is an enthusiasm gap.

Remember in the old days when Obama was called a cult leader for having supporters that were maybe 25% as enthusiastic as Trump's? I do...except they were at least as enthusiastic. The talks of lowering the sea levels, teachers having their children sing "Yes we can", any opposition was racist, people wept when he was elected, and the columns during his victory speech likening him to an emperor were a nice touch. Having a cult following for either Trump, Obama, or anyone else is a bit unnerving. But most who support their politicians do so for the benefits (real or perceived) they bring to the table. I mean... Trump was a businessman realty show star and Obama was a freshman Senator who had accomplished pretty much nothing in politics. Yet both were given an image of being charismatic and larger than life. Certainly it will suck a few people into believing it.
