i used to say Canada but i hear it is not too much better than the U.S. i would say singapore but it does seem small and really expensive. i guess i'd go live in Canton, China. i speak the dialect and it seems like a nice, clean, safe, well developed city - like toronto in the late 80s. :)

Well it would have to be an english speaking country, preferably close to the US, so Canada I guess? Dunno what part I'd want to live in though (prolly Toronto)
