You are losing brain cells pretty quickly there. The worst part is not that we cannot trust the news from the IDF. The worst part is that we cannot trust the news from anywhere. We all know that you would excuse the IDF no matter what the story is. If you couldn't find a way to blame someone else, you would make one up. Why do you even bother?
The first casualty of war is the truth.
By the way, I think it's hilarious when haters try to claim with words like "we all know" that no one supports Israel here except me or several Jews.
We have very strong support here from a number of individuals and it is GREATLY appreciated!!!

We have very strong support here from a number of individuals and it is GREATLY appreciated!!! Three things. One -- this board is not a representative cross section of society. The board has a higher number of idiots. Lately all media in general are dominated by idiots. Notice the political news everywhere. Two -- even this place is catching on to you. Certainly you have noticed your opponents here have become bolder. Three -- you do not represent Judaism. Your most ardent fan here doesn't even claim to be Jewish. "Real" Jews won't join your fight. The world has changed dramatically since WWII. Jews can no longer claim to be persecuted, in most of the world anyway. The trouble on the college campus today is a dirty tactic to make it appear the IDF is doing the "right" thing in Gaza because you found some idiots who oppose you. There also happens to be a legitimate complaint against the IDF that ignores.

You thought you could bounce in here and convince everyone that you're in a position to teach/instruct/school everyone else here.
It makes you a troll - and a stupid one. How did you think you'd get away with acting superior here? It's ridiculous internet etiquette.

Just 8% of Americans say they have a favorable view of Hamas, which has controlled Gaza in recent years. Fully 84% have an unfavorable view, including 60% who express a very unfavorable view. Across most demographic and religious groups analyzed, relatively few U.S. adults view Hamas favorably.

Four out of five Americans favor Israel over Hamas, most back Rafah operation: poll Published April 29, 2024, 6:41 p.m. ET
Americans favor Israel in its war against Hamas by a margin of four-to-one and nearly three-quarters support a military operation in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
Four out of five voters (80%) back the Jewish state in its nearly seven-month-old war against the Islamic terrorist group, with the highest levels of support concentrated among older age groups, according to a Harvard CAPS/Harris survey released Monday.
Meanwhile, 72% of voters say they back an Israel Defense Forces military operation in Rafah to “finish the war,” with 28% saying Israel should “back off now and allow Hamas to continue running Gaza.”
The poll was released as college students and faculty have erupted in protests supporting Hamas and denigrating Israel and Jews on campuses across the country, erecting encampments at many prominent universities including Columbia and NYU...

Don't try to blame me. I use data. You want to blame the data? Go for it. The IDF action in Gaza has been out of all proportion to October 7th. Now your argument? It has become obvious what drives you, and it is not Judaism. You are not Jews first of all, you are nationalists first of all and you walk on Judaism. You liked Donald Trump at some point. Do you still? What you liked about him is that he, like you, is a nationalist. You are not nationalists in a good sense, you are blind nationalists. You fight for what you blindly believe. Neither Trump nor you arrive at what you believe by sound arguments. Where Trump will stand on any issue from week to week can be difficult to guess, like where the wind will blow. Lately he said, "Israel is losing the PR [public relations] war." It is highly unusual for him to be right about anything, but there it is. Perhaps it occurred to him that his moving the United States embassy for Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem stirred up a bee hive of nationalism and he is only now backing down.

Israel has 7.3 million Jews, by the way, and a very solid majority support the current War in Gaza.
We're almost half the Jews in the world.

Hamas laid out their human shields to protect themselves and to please people like you.
Israel had no choice but to go after Hamas anyway. They were threatening more Oct 7s.

What you neglected to mention there is that while "Hamas" is indeed unpopular, the "Palestinians" have a more favorable standing. Your claim that Palestinians support Hamas is dubious at best, and challenged here ...
I say you play dirty and you will likely say I play dirty. So maybe we can skip ahead to what's next?
One asstard on this board asked why the "Palestinians" don't release the hostages. I explained that the Palestinians most likely have no idea where any hostages are, how many there are, or even if there still are any at all. It is not like the old days when records were kept well and shared across the chain of command. You live in a fantasy world where Hamas works closely with Palestinians, giving you an excuse to persecute Palestinians,

HAMAS is claiming that they don't know where the hostages are located, either.
Not all of them.
They don't know which ones are dead or alive.
They want vast, vast, vast concessions from Israel to get what they don't know.

The Palestinians aren't persecuted by Israel.
Our security teams keep them from killing Jews as much as they want.
The Arabs have been killing us here since 1860 and earlier.

Don't question the IDF. They don't make mistakes.
In fact, the reason they are allowed to investigate themselves is because they are so trustworthy.

They do make mistakes at times - like all countries that go to war - and they announce them to the Israeli press.
America killed Canadians in Afghanistan, for example.

{1} That's your opinion, not a fact. Learn to tell the difference. The numbers support my opinion. {2} Do you ever wonder what the human shields thought about that? {3} Says you.
