Didn't one of the recent Miss USA leap off a Manhattan hotel balcony last year? Found it. Chelsie Kryst, 2019 Miss USA On January 30, 2022, Kryst died by suicide by jumping from The Orion, a 60-story high-rise apartment building in Midtown Manhattan, where she lived, and was last seen on the 29th floor. On January 31, the coroner ruled her death as suicide.I heard someone on the 15th floor saw her very briefly. |

I feel like it's time for these pageants to be retired. Beauty contests in this fashion are archaic. And it's waaaayyy past time those creepy children's pageants are retired. FFS, I don't know how spray tanning and putting fake teeth and a padded bra on a 6-year-old ever became a thing.
Agreed with you on the 2nd part of that. It's creepyAF to involve kids like that. (Unless school teachers do it?)
But retiring beauty pageants? The beautiful people get rewarded in so many other areas of life.......why does this one bother you at all?

Gladly. these beautiful non white women that win are almost always: 1. light skinned for their race 2. light haired for their race 3. European featured (thin lips, pointed nose, lighter eyes 4. And for Asians, rounder eyes |

I was just gonna mention beauties like Vanessa Williams and Whitney Peak..........but I see somebody already disqualifies anyone that looks too white?
