I watched a friend of mine take out his frustrations with his father on several pieces of unassuming wood with an axe when he was 13. I'd hate to think of it as being the subject of ridicule. He didn't paint his face or anything, but he was certainly pissed. |

Back in college, we had a half hour set aside during finals where all the students would gather outside and just scream their brains out like lunatics. It released stress.
Personally, I think they should consider turning those sessions mentioned in the OP into massive orgies to blow off even more steam.

It was more of a one off-yes. My point really is it seems more like angry person shit than white woman shit. I chimed in because the woman at 13 seconds reminded me of my friend. His rage-experiment was also in a wooded area and they've got the same swing. It rung a bell. I guess I associate this sort of rage with men to be honest. Fine by me.
