Brazil and Uruguay will reignite their historic rivalry in the quarter-finals of the Copa America. At the start of the tournament, Brazil were ranked a close second with the bookies, behind only favourites Argentina, to scoop the ultimate prize. With less than two hours till kick off, tensions are said to be running high.

Semifinals will be Argentina vs Canada, Colombia vs Uruguay.
Three of the four quarterfinals were decided on penalty shootouts. Only Colombia won theirs.

Same as the euro24 quarters. Is it? No. Spain x Germany and Netherlands x Turkey didn’t end in penalties, I think. You’re right. Three went to extra time but only two to penalties. My bad. |
