Debatable given that the suspect knew a certain George de Mohrenchildt that had ties to the CIA The killer of the suspect had ties to the Mafia and his psychiatrist in jail was none other than Jolyon West who famously worked on the project MK Ultra for the CIA. Granted none of these are smoking guns but no ties is not entirely accurate. George de Mohrenschildt cut off his ties with Oswald in April of 1963, long before JFK planned a trip to Dallas
Because Jack Ruby had negligible ties to the Mafia doesn't mean Oswald did.
Oswald had one constant love affair in his life. With Marxism. He never wavered from it. He left the USSR because he seen it was no Marxist paradise. A true Marxist would never have dealings with the CIA, FBI or the Mafia
Next?
Oswald was handing out flyers in New Orleans in the middle of the intelligence agencies.
More than one stripper identified Oswald as an acquaintance of Ruby.
At the height of the communist scare, how does a defector to the Soviet Union ever get allowed back inside the US? Much less not monitored for a very long time? It's almost guaranteed the Soviets kept tabs on him his entire time there. And his wife thought he was a Russian because of his language skill. Odd considering he was just some flunkie ex-Marine.

If the body of evidence was for the killing of anyone else, it would be open and shut Suspect bought murder weapon Prior photo of suspect with murder weapon Witness sees suspect bringing package to work that is the dimensions of the murder weapon Suspect works in building where shots came from witnesses place suspect on upper floor of building Witnesses see rifle protruding from window of building Witnesses hear shell casing hitting the floor one story up Prints on murder weaponSuspect has motive and ability to make kill shot Suspect has no alibi for time of murder Suspect is only employee to flee building Short time later, suspect kill Dallas police officer Witnesses see suspect kill policeman Ballistics match bullets from police officers to weapon on suspect at time of arrest Suspect has no ties to any groups like CIA, FBI, Mafia, AIPAC, KGB. NONE Any jury would convict in 37 seconds with that mountain of evidence. Again, the power of "I know something you don't know" on the simple mind Couldn't agree more, and I was seriously on the conspiracy possibility side for decades.
You didn't find it odd Oswald referred to himself as a 'patsy'? Instead of proudly admitting that he did it for his commie beliefs?
It's also my understanding his prints were not found on the weapon right away. Only later, after a visit to the morgue did a partial palm print get found?

Again, the power of "I know something you don't know" on the simple mind Couldn't agree more, and I was seriously on the conspiracy possibility side for decades. I was conspiracy boy too, until i read about the timeline of Oswald's shooting. It was announced that Oswald would be turned over to the US Justice at 9 am and charged with JFK's killing. Before 9, it was decided to interrogate Oswald again. He was questioned until about 10:45. This was never announced to the press who thought, like the rest of the world, that Oswald would be transferred at any moment. So where was Jack Ruby at 9 am? Laying on his couch, watching TV. Why wasn't he at Dallas Police HQ? He got a call from one of his strippers, asking for a loan. He went to a Western Union around 11 am and heard on the radio, that Oswald was being transferred any moment. So he went over and decided to be a big man

I could bring other red flags but like I said, I don't think there is any smoking gun, I think there is enough things in the case that make a conspiracy not outside the realm of possibility like testimony from the Parkland doctors that didn't make it to the Warren commission and hell even recently one of the secret agents told a story that puts the entire single bullet question into question.

Complete bullshit. Oswald never set foot in one of Ruby's clubs. He couldn't have afforded the cover charge
At the height of the communist scare, how does a defector to the Soviet Union ever get allowed back inside the US?
Because he was a nothing. A scrawny, wife beating pissant who wasn't worth the paperwork. He was never allowed to see anything in the USSR more technologically advanced that a transistor radio. And there isn't one ounce of anything linking him to KGB. It was one of the first things checked after the fall

And he walked right past an armed police officer who swore til his dying day that Ruby never walked past him.
Dennis Miller had a pretty funny line referencing that morning: "I haven't seen such stiff choreography since the Oswald prison transfer"

That's sorta the beauty of it all. So many odd things, strange connections and bizarre coincidences.
It's about the best cover the planners could have asked for.

How about the fact that someone was impersonating Oswald near the Soviet embassy in Mexico before the assassination? Or how Oswald visited the FBI before the assassination and notes of the interview were destroyed? Or how the initial notes taken during the autopsy were destroyed? Or how Kennedy's brain disappeared from the archives? Maybe there wasn't a conspiracy but damn, it's like somone was working overtime to convince the public that there was something to hide.

Oswald alone being the killer doesn't exclude the possibility of a conspiracy.

Okay, why did he shoot JD Tippit? He would have fucking fried before Easter for that in Texas. A person with no guilt goes out and kills a cop minutes after the Assassination?

The person impersonating Oswald WAS Oswald. He wanted to defect to Cuba. He was sent to the Soviet embassy and both laughed in his face
Oswald did indeed visit the FBI. And several agents heard, Oswald wanted them to stop following Marina. They were split and she was complaining about the FBI tails

So the stripper was mistaken or lying? And friends charge their friends to enter their club?
Exactly my point. A nobody pissant? But he's allowed back into the US? With no connections or money to bribe his way back in?
See? The Soviets kept him under very close watch. But the US with all of it's might intelligence agencies missed him? They've even tied him to an earlier shooting that caught some guy's window edge, no? I didn't say he was KGB. I said THEIR intelligence people apparently did a helluva lot better job monitoring him. They suspected he was working WITH our intelligence community. Hence the language training.
