I challenge you to show me where the president has the authority to arrest people and murder them? You sound like a retard. No offense. Both Obama and Trump killed Americans. So the precedent has already been set. You're comparing droning Middle Eastern sheep herders with armed American citizens?

So a judge that might have been appointed by the President can determine that killing a political opponent is an "official act" thus granting immunity to the President, right? Yeah, in the same way that a judge and/or jury can already dismiss charges and acquit people. Again, stop responding to me until you actually think about what you're saying. All you do is respond with emotion. Questionig your what you're saying means I'm respond with emotion. LOL In the meantime you insulted me more than once so maybe take your own advice. But hey feel free to stop answering my questions if you are bothered by those.

The dems' desperation may cause them to put Trump in prison over the bogus felony convictions, where he will 'commit suicide'. Nothing else they do seems to be working. Maybe Biden will order it as an official act and then he'll have immunity. Come on man, don't tell me you believe the absurd fear-mongering that the recent Supreme Court ruling means that the President can order the assassination of a political rival without legal consequences.
