Great plan, but if she gets rich I'm staying put. Dude, that's the whole point. As long as it serves your purposes, stay with her and do whatever she wants. Then later pretend it was coerced...er, I mean later recognize that it was an imbalance of power relationship and that you were a victim. I know this fuzzy logic of victimization is a little hard to follow, but that's what I'm here for, to help you through it. Oh, ok.

What exactly are you trying to say? Spouses are incapable of raping? No, just that drunken sex isn't rape. Actually it can be depending how intoxicated the woman is and whether or not she can geniunely consent.

Pass out drunk or doesn't know what he or she is even doing can't consent. Had a couple and let your inhibitions down but you know what you're doing is another thing.

I don't think you would have any problem getting most people to acknowledge a common sense understanding of that. The problem is that common sense is not driving the culture on these issues at the moment.

Are you saying you’re siding with all of the accused instead of the accusers?

I'm exploring this notion of "genuine consent", which IMO is a vehicle to make as many men out to be rapists as possible. Good God, if I get drunk and hand out $50 dollar bills to all my good buddies at the bar, are the recipients of my money guilty of robbery?

The problem is that common sense is not driving the culture on these issues at the moment. Only when these issues are flipped around do people, including many men as well as women, suddenly apply common sense.

The kids are staying with my mom this weekend. I had been drinking, and was unable to give *true* consent, but she proceeded. Should I call the police? Or just add her name to some Twitter list? Lucky bastard.

Lucky bastard. That's what I thought when she let her hair down and shook her head all around, then reached behind to unhook her bra. Release the boobies! But I was drunk, I don't know if I'd have consented if sober.

Are you saying you’re siding with all of the accused instead of the accusers? The Obama administrations “mandatory guidelines” for college rape tribunals. The state of California requiring written consent. The crime of rape having the highest rate of both exonerations and fraudulent reporting.

You may have thought "no" but obviously the liquor said "yes". Not so great when the tables are turned, is it... Angry, resentful that you were too drunk and out of it to enjoy it. No, i'm just messing with you, just like you might be messing with all of us.
