The Matrix was by far his best. Wrong. His best is My Own Private Idaho.

The Matrix was by far his best. You keep that Family Feud buzzer to yourself, young man! Just *swinging* it around, willy nilly now. Well I never!

Glad to see Rivers Edge in there.
I've seen that one a few times.
Dennis Hopper and Crispin Glover had memorable performances in it.
John Wick did nothing for me.

The Devil's Advocate should be in John Wick 4's place. Personally, John Wick 3 is my favorite. The River's Edge is an underrated film, and some of his best acting work.

The Matrix should easily be number 1. It's the most revolutionary cinema experience in decades, and still holds up well. It's pretty much a Metropolis of our time. Number 2 should be A Scanner Darkly. If you haven't seen it, it's a Richard Linklater film rotoscaped similarly to Waking Life, but with 100 times the plot. It's based on a Phillip K Dick novel, and takes place in a dystopian future. Basically Keanu plays a guy who has done so many drugs that he can't remember if he's an addict pretending to be a police officer, or a police officer pretending an addict. I would put Bill and Ted at number 3 and Constantine at number 4.

You need a license to fish but any asshole can become a father. Or something. Great scene. Good subplot. Worst. Brothers. Ever.
