Do any of the board libs agree with this ruling? Nonsense like this is the reason many people won't vote Democrat no matter that Trump is the alternative. I'm not a libertarian, but I'll answer anyway. Do prisoners with a mental condition normally receive tax-funded psychological treatment while in prison? If yes, then this should be the case here as well. Do I believe that gender reassignment therapy/surgery is the correct treatment for gender dysphoria? No, but I'm not a psychologist. |

But we don't treat any other delusion by reinforcing it and men who think they are women should be treated no differently. And I suspect that in the prison system a lot of these "transitioners" are just looking for a much easier place to do their time and/or have access to easier victims. |
