Now we just need to figure out what to do about all the gay rapists in bathrooms matching their own sex. How many gay rapists do you hear about compared to hetero ones? Gays cruise bathrooms for consensual sex. It’s more likely they will hit on the wrong dude and get beaten up. I haven't analyzed it but it's probably in proportion to the fraction of the population that is gay. Now how many cases of rape happening in bathrooms do you hear about (whether straight, gay, trans, etc.)? |

It's like trying to improve traffic safety by banning Howard Stern on the radio because of the chance that his program might distract drivers from paying attention to the road. |

Let's just have a third restroom for fucked up people who can't figure out what gender they are. That at least will keep rapists out of woman's washrooms, hopefully. A sign isn't going to keep a rapist out of a bathroom. You think they will follow the entering law when they are going to break the no raping law? Exactly. A sign IS going to keep a non-rapist, non-aggressive male OUT of a ladies bathroom, though...so everyone can be assured that when a man is found there it is fair to assume they are up to no good. |

Rape is an issue that is promoted as something as being of concern to women. Why increase that risk? Jokes are made about public toilets as being cruising spots for gay males. This is just cultural. Male prison rape is also something that is joked about. Rape and sexual assault is not seen as humor to women. |

Preventative measures may only be a band aid fix to a problem, but there needs to be some respect for both female and male private spaces in public too. Some women may not feel threatened by a Trans in their bathroom, I’d say majority most rightly would though. |

It's a resolution to force the only male in congress who looks like the image below, to use the men's restroom at the U.S. Capitol, because apparently this was required to prevent women at the Capitol from being raped, and I guess also to save the children.  LOL. She's ugly, and I bet she has big hands. Does "she" still have "her" penis? Yes, she is an ugly looking fake woman. If she wants to attract straight men, she had better be honest with them. |

We've worked with two trans people in the past. They were nice people, not crazed rapists as in your warped imagination, and we treated them with respect, as they deserved to be. No one is saying that. In a work environment, it is largely professional. Using the bathroom is a private thing too. There are usually disability toilets for both of the TWO genders to use as well. I've worked with a Transmale. He/She was a lovely person (albeit full of mind disorders), but I didn't care for her/him being in the men's room. I was standing taking a piss and she/he came out of the cubicle. |
